German cucumber salad

This is a great low carb high at salad that tastes so delicious!

And SO VERY EASY!

It's always best to make this salad about 30 minutes or so before eating to let the flavours blend:

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers, washed, not peeled.

DRESSING

  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 80 ml apple cider vinegar

  • 1 heaped tbsp sour cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  •  fresh dill

METHOD:

  1. Slice fresh cucumbers and add dressing which is simply 1 tbsp. Stir through
