The GI360™ Profile is an innovative, comprehensive and clinically-applicable stool profile, utilising new evidence-based DNA mapping technology coupled with growth-based culture and ID by MALDI-TOF, sensitive biochemical assays and microscopy. The ultimate combination to detect and assess the status of pathogens, viruses, parasites and bacteria that may be contributing to acute or chronic gastrointestinal symptoms and disease.

The GI360 profile measures your levels of bacteria, yeast and parasites. It uses both culturing and MALDI-TOF technology to identify levels of beneficial and pathogenic microbes. The GI360 also assesses the susceptibility of pathogenic bacteria to different antimicrobial substances, helping your practitioner to decide on the best treatment pathways.

The GI360 test also measures intestinal chemistry, looking at metabolites from bacteria and your own gut cells. This can give us insight into how well your bacteria are working for you, and your over all gut health.
