Louise’s Metabolic Balance Journey

Louise started Metabolic Balance with Emily earlier this year. Here’s her take on her journey of gaining health with Metabolic Balance.

Metabolic balance has changed my life! I have always been a healthy eater but would always be ravenous and have to eat between meals. I am also a very fit person but could never shift the weight. It’s just the little things that were really big for me as a person, for example, I had to buy bra extenders and my rings were tight and very hard to get off. I gained a couple of kgs per year over the last 10 years. People would always say, “Oh, it’s menopause” or “Your metabolism slows after 40.”

I am mow 54 and have never felt better! I have been eating well balanced Mediterranean foods on the Metabolic Balance Program for 10 months now. If you look at the before and after shots, you can see that I now have a slim neck, slim waist (the rolls of tummy fat are gone). I have lost weight on every part of my body. I never feel ravenous and I don’t eat between meals like I used to. I enjoy relaxed meals and dark chocolate every so often as I am in phase four. I am off my blood pressure medications and have lots of energy.

My advice to you if you are thinking about this program- go for it. It works and Emily is highly recommended as an amazing coach who has helped me to eat the right food for my health, and now the hot flushes have virtually stopped- just for the food I am eating and stopping caffeine.

Notice the beautiful pink dress Louise is wearing? This is one of her favourites and it was stashed in the back of the cupboard because it didn’t fit her!

Now she proudly wears it comfortably!
